BAD OIL 12/7/2012

In June of 2012 I purchased 300 gl. of Silogram 5W30. The female sales rep told me the oil was bought from Quaker State then relabeled by the company. It was false I had nothing but cars coming back short on the oil. I then noticed some cars only has 300 miles on their odometer from when I changed the oil. So I called the company and they told me no not their oil. As a result I had it tested and the oil received a failure notice and stop use warning from the manufacturer. I then had the oil pumped out and took the loss, because my business could not afford to deal with these types of problems. The other day I was mortified they called me and said they would give me another 200 gl of the new oil they have from a new vendor. I told them get lost, and find a new person to prey on. Disgusted with the company don't know how this place can operate under these false pretexts and weights & measures lets it happen here. more
