Hoa is a superb mechanic. He's a purist and will only work on cars he likes. My car, until I sold it recently, was one of the few Japanese cars that he worked on. Although he is primarily a BMW and Mercedes mechanic, he made my car run great, as well as the Honda dealership would have done. And, since he's honest, he didn't recommend fixing anything that wasn't broken, unlike my experience at the dealership.
I agree with another assessment posted on this site, you don't break your wallet at the mechanic.
The shop is well run and his staff is extremely nice. :)
