Great orthodontist

I saw Dr. Phillips awhile ago and really liked him. He is down to earth and very personable. He seemed reasonable with prices, although I didn't have orthodontic insurance and it is expensive anyways. But, Dr. Phillips was willing to work with me and make a deal which I was able to afford and make in payments.
