Bad Experience

U-Haul is a hassle from my experience. Their trucks tend to be significantly older then the competitors. I had a really negative experience with them several years ago when I want to move some stuffs. I went there and reverse a truck for the next day. Howeve, the next day i went there, I learn that they have given my truch away to another cusomter. Even make it worst was that they didn't bother to call me and inform me.
