Best Buy will never get any of my business. I've had nothing but bad experiences with them and feel that their customer service is well below average. I have never been graciously helped when I've had a problem. Best Buy seems to only care about making a buck, not satisfying the customer or following their own guidelines (price matching, etc.). I only shop Best Buy for free after rebate items or things that are "loss leaders" and heavily on sale. I will never ever shop there again regularly. more
