I had lunch at blue koi the other day, and it was phenomenal. I had the mushroom noodle tofu, and the tofu was cooked not too much and not too little, but just right. They also have numerous types of Bubble Teas all of which are excellent. I highly recommend the Watermelon Bubble Tea. Service is also excellent, they refilled water glasses rather quickly and were quick about getting food out.
