Based on some online reviews, we tried Chutneys of Bellevue. The food is above average. However, the restaurant, which was quiet when we first arrived, became very noisy as more customers arrived. Part of this is due to the music, which is played a too high a volume. Part is due to the reflective nature of the walls. It became impossible to carry on a conversation across the table without almost shouting.
