I just can't figure out why I can't ever get a good sandwich here. It seems to have all the necessary components, but I still leave unsatisfied. They have been out of basic Italian bread on too many occasions for me. I've dropped in for a sandwich at lunchtime and for dinner, waited in long lines, and left unhappy. It seems understaffed at times but the staff seems nice. Has anyone else felt this way?
