Home Depot is great because you can find so much great stuff, but whenever I need help I can never seem to find anyone there to help me. It usually takes me longer to find someone to help me then it would have to actually find the item on my own. There was this one time I needed to get customized blinds and I was waiting forever for this one lady to get off of the phone and when she finally did she didn't even look at me (I was standing right in front of her). Instead she went over and started helping someone else. I was so bad.
Cons: Bad customer service
