Ocean 24 has the worst customer services. They say anything to get you to join. They "guarantee" or "promise" this and that, but later deny it. After you join, you are considered last priority. There's no one there to teach or train you; you are on your own. A lot of their equipments are broken down or dirty with sweat. However, some of the workers are pretty friendly and outgoing. If you do decide to go to a 24, I suggest you get a guest/trial pass first. Also, you can get a pretty good deal if you know how to haggle with them.

Love the services they have. When I need to make professional copies, no one can do it better than these guys. They do it fast and nice. The pricing is a bit high, but you can't get their service anywhere else. Parking is a hassle here so watch out for that. Employees are very nice also.
