my 2 yr old son has been here for about 3 weeks now and so far it's been a decent experience. they take the kids for outings twice a week, even if it's just a walk around the market, which is a real plus given how much toddlers love to be outdoors.
the teacher-child ratio is amazing; my son is cared for as an individual rather than as a part of a messy, noisy group. the other kids here are great as well: no biters, kickers, pushers or screamers.
my son is happy and relaxed, as opposed to what he was like at his previous daycare (kindercare, downtown seattle, which was horrible).
the facilities could be better but at the end of the day, i'd rather have good people rather than a good building.

in the 4 weeks he's been here my son has gotten a horrible upset stomach, a bump on his forehead, a cut on his tongue, has come home with traces of poop in his diaper FOUR times; plus he's learnt to kick, hit and spit. the babies in the infants room are always shrieking and the women there have no idea what they're doing either.
the kids are not taught to behave and there is no sense of discipline. they will also be moved from one room to the next without informing the parents.
the directors need to pull up their socks big time and pay a bit more interest in the workings of their daycare. given how much they charge it's a wonder they haven't already. horrible horrible horrible place.
