I have been to Rosie's a few times since I moved to Santa Cruz. The first night that I went there were quite a few people at the bar, a few at the seated dining area, and one person in the very small dance area. Most often, the atmosphere is very quiet making it the perfect place for a date or chatting with friends. On weekends, it is more packed and there are more people on the small dance floor where there is usually a DJ spinning popular music.
