Jeffrey M. Leving is not a firm to use if you have any sense of dignity or self respect. The firm uses strategy meetings that are closed to the client and run $1,200 per month. After my daughter was sexually assaulted by a step dad and groomed by his own pornographic pictures, Leving took on the step dad, who works for Chicago's Children Hospital and put in an agreement that use of the photos are now contempt of court issues.
Jeffrey's bottom line is money. After seeing his attempts to double bill, attend court dates that we're not scheduled, and pandering in Springfield to keep the gender bias against fathers, I would not recommend that anyone ever retain his firm or trust anything that he says. All his political connections are waisted on his love of money. Best of luck in finding a honest lawyer in Chicago...never look at Jeffrey M. Leving law firm!
