This best buy has absolutly the worst staff of any electronics store I have ever seen. the staff seems to know absolutly nothing about any of the items that they are selling, but that doesn't stop them from trying to sell you unneeded extras, some of which dont even go with the item you are buying.
This is the worst service, and worst best buy i have ever seen.
