Too crowded, too small, too dirty, too burnt, too spicy, too greasy. No matter how many "stars" you indicate, the food is crunchy with all the red pepper flakes. The main reason I'd want to go is because people worship so loudly. I never saw what the hype was about.
It's good, but not nearly as good as people are wetting their pants over.

They have quality food and pile on the fresh ingredients. The texture and seasonings were spot on. The House fried rice with pineapple is absolutely SUPERB. My fiance finally found a Tom Young Goong that stood up to being categorized as his favorite dish. It's a shame I only ate here three times before moving back to Seattle. I MISS IT!

The guy who suggested the place told us to get the chicken shawarma...or something. They had since renamed the dish so I opted for the combo plate. It had a generous hunk each of seasoned lamb, ground beef, and lamb. It was tasty. The rice was [see above] and the hummus was tangy and good.
Sitting arrangements were a bit cramped or oddly placed. It didn't exactly make you want to sit down anywhere. Definitely not Feng Shui. We chose one of the tables *not* directly in front of the bathroom.
My fiance says their gyro was "alright". I guess that's why I'm the review writer.

My fiance and I fell in love with a sleek art-deco couch that was displayed on the sidewalk. When we finally visited a few weeks later to purchase it, the salesperson was very down to earth, helpful, and gave us space to deliberate. He even suggested a great Mediterranean place to eat at while our credit application went through.
Speaking of credit, they had an awesome one year same-as-cash offer that I snatched up. I had purchased my mattress set at another place and they only had a six month offer...and it was the from same credit company. Huh?
We purchased the sofa on a Sunday afternoon and the salesperson delivered it himself the next evening! Fast, fair, and excellent.
Highly recommended.

My fiance and I visited this place during their liquidation sale. We got a pretty good deal on a semi-plush king-size mattress set. The salesperson seemed a like a bit of a stoner but nice enough. They delivered fairly fast. We purchased on a Saturday and they delivered Wednesday/Thursday afternoon .
The downside was that they only offered 6 month same-as-cash financing. Not bad, but many other places do 12 months.

I've never experienced the grittiness and attitude that is all the rage about this place unless you count the ubiqutous thin film of spooge on the tables and seats.

When my fiance and I purchased a bed from their factory showroom, we had a pretty good experience. The price was pretty good, the salesman/maker was friendly (oddly enough, he was leaving after that weekend).
Unfortunately, there were complications with my new apartment and I had to reschedule delivery. I knew Everrest was going to move in a few days so I tried to see if we could compromise on the delivery time so that we wouldn't go a week without a bed or leave it out in the hallway all day (his brilliant ideas).
When I tried to see if there was another viable option, the person I spoke with (turned out to be the owner) suddenly became mean and irate, said they weren't going to do it "my way", hung up and effectively canceled our order. If you check out their Better Business Bureau record, you'll see that I'm not the only one with this experience.
You may give them less money than other places, but you'll end up demanding it back the way they do business.
