Bad on Weekends, worse during the week

Not only is this place an annoying, crowded, vermin-infested, meat market on the weekends, it's even worse on the weekdays. Bad karaoke, mediocre food with barely any patrons. I can see why.
My husband went in for an afternoon snack and the salad was inedible. The bacon bits were hard enough to crack teeth, the chicken was basically jerky and the "ranch" tasted more like bleu cheese.
On top of waiting an hour to get his check (he had other items on the check and he was working on his laptop, otherwise he would have walked out), they didn't even comp the salad he barely touched. After arguing about it with the waitress for a while with no success, he didn't leave a tip (maybe you'll take it off the check now, bitch?) . Of course, the waitress showed her class by talking shit while he was leaving.
