This was my first time dealing with a plumber. There was puddling around the toilet and I didnt know whether it was the feeder line into the tank that was leaking or the bowl itself.
The person on the phone clearly explained what the process would be, the plumber was here within 30 mins of calling on a saturday. He explained what he thinks the problem could be and what will be done. Fixed that issue and also the constant flushing problem that was present in the bowl for ages.Great job by arash.
