I'm generally skeptical about both the value of a real estate agent and their ability to get things right, but John proved what a talented professional could do. Both buying and selling, from beginning to end, John did a great job - he managed negotiations, helped prep our house for market, dealt with other agents in some difficult situations, supported us through various neuroses, and made things happen professionally, reliably, and quickly.
I would not hesitate to recommend him.
