I went in to get insurance, jacket, pants, helmet, gloves and more after purchasing an 18k bike and was treated with the utmost disrespect from one of the owners! I stood around waiting for help and when I asked for help from someone sitting in an office I was scolded like a child and TOLD TO go back out to the counter and wait until someone could assist me...I was the only customer in the place and will definitely not return for a snowmobile purchase this winter. The owners are known to be rude and feel they have a captured market in Troy NY...what a waste of a business. Please consider doing business elsewhere...These guys need a wake up call!!
