I attended a few of the classes for the foster parent program at California Foster Families. I was very impressed with the ideas given for welcoming a new child into the home. Each family was required to come up with their own way of welcoming a new member to their family - even if it was just temporarily. They are people who care about children and want to match them with a loving family that will be right for them.
