Absolutely useless...

I took the time to interview and take their tests. I dressed professionally, brought a solid and impressive resume, and gave all-around good interview. They told me how excited they were; that there were tons of jobs for me (customer service and sales with over 25 years of great experience); that they were "marketing me".
As requested, I followed up with weekly phone calls but nothing... Not one lead. Not even a temporary day labor position, nothing - after an entire year. Thank goodness I wasn't counting on them!
