I go to Ross weekly. I find great burgains there - from shirt to pants to baby staff to household things to jewlry to underware to things for men. You name it - they have it and at super low prices (undies for $1.99 not on sale, kids oncies for $2.99 not on sale.) They once had baby bjorns for $49 (i think) - great price considering they are $80 at toysrus. I love Ross!

I love delis and i check all delis out - all the time. I stumbled upon Stangelini's Italian Deli and fell in love with their signature meat sandwiches. They are juicy and not dry (like subway) and the taste fresh and well-prepared. The staff is really nice and now know me by name. I love going to Stangelini's Italian Deli and go there almost weekly!!!!

Prices are steeper then at Trader Joes - that is one exit away - but variety is different (i once purchased an organic water melon there.) They also sell kosher products - lots of them in fact.

I have aquired a taste for Thai cousine and I fell in love with Thai Satay restaurant. It serves really nice authentic thai food. I really love anything coconut flavored - like noodles or soups. The taste of coconut next to the delicate tastes of nuts and basil is just superb. I also love the satay at Thai Satay - it is rich and yet light enough to be enjoyed as an appetizer.

I love mom&pop coffee shops and that is why Bean Street Coffee really appeals to me. It serves the sort of coffee you want to snuggle up with and enjoy on a rainy day with a book.
I love their coffee for being very deep in flavor and very intricate in detailing. I love it with a nice cookie that melts in my mouth when I sip this reach coffee.

The Candy store sells all sort of candies - but I love their hard candies - especially anything that is orange. My kids like lemony flavored canides and they always get the best selection at this store

I also love the seaweed salad there and order a couple of orders of it - just for myself. it goes down well before sushi - and it is relatively inexpansive. i'd love to get their recipe of it but I don't think they'd share it :)

i used to live in SF and El Torito in Serramantee closed and I could no longer enjoy my salad. but now, living in the mid peninsula, i make a trip to el torito every week
