Thai Satay

I have aquired a taste for Thai cousine and I fell in love with Thai Satay restaurant. It serves really nice authentic thai food. I really love anything coconut flavored - like noodles or soups. The taste of coconut next to the delicate tastes of nuts and basil is just superb. I also love the satay at Thai Satay - it is rich and yet light enough to be enjoyed as an appetizer.
