I came to Photo Focus to buy my first digital camera, and it was a great experience. The person helping me seemed like he really knew what he was talking about and was very patient with me. He spent a lot of time helping me pick out the right camera. However, I went back recently for a second camera and got terrible service. The person helping me this time had no idea what they were talking about, and on top of that he was extremely rude as well. I probably would not come back to this store.
