Ella's Restaurant is a San Francisco tradition for over 100 years. California cuisine and excellent ocean view. Two cocktail lounges, a dining room, a casual restaurant for breakfast and lunch, and a Sunday brunch buffet. The Mechanical Museum below the restaurant displays a collection of coin-operated, automated musical instruments, old fashioned juke boxes, pinball and fortune telling machines. Open 7 days
The wait staff is 4 star, the food is 3 star, but there is absolutely no better view of the ocean and Sutro Baths in the city. Have a martini and a plate of hot calimari. Perfect place for a fancy date.
