All in all the prices at ECF cannot be beat for the most part. The only problem with ECF is that the parking is unreal. Weekends are crazy and offer complete maddness for anyone shopping. Trying to find a cart alone can become a mission! The end results are some awesome deals, great prices on meats especially and fairly decent produce. While you have to be careful with out of season items and items that perhaps aren't typically familiar to people, you can generally get fairly fresh produce. The final question is... are you willing to put up with some craziness to save some money? If the answer is yes... come over to ECF! You will find some of the best prices in town and fairly good qualities of meat, deli and produce items!
