I began classes at Stillwater a few years ago and continue to come out of each class learning something new. It's a very granular approach to yoga. If you know anything about B.K.S. Iyengar's yoga, you know sometimes you're going to focus on all the details of how the weight in balanced on the feet, or how your hands and arms are placed before headstand. However, when you do, you also notice how much your poses improve. The teachers are highly trained and know how to articulate the actions in a pose. I've started doing poses I never thought I'd ever do. Needless to say, I'm a big fan.
