Trying to find a washing machine on Saturday or Sunday is a lost cause, but I like this place during the weekdays. They have good machines but not a lot of space to fold clothes. The cafe next door has ice cream and coffee while you wait and it'll help you cool down a bit.

I like Tower because they are open late (until 11 p.m. or midnight) every day, which is great if you need last-minute gifts. The selection is fairly good, but their prices aren't the greatest, unless the CDs or DVDs are on sale. It is a really good place to see employees, and everyone smiling!

Excellent food and service. Quick for lunch or dinner. Free ice cream and mini muffins are great. Large selection of sandwiches and salads plus great tasting specials. They will even do special requests. After returning a few dozen times, I still haven't tried everything. They have a limited delivery but you can call and order ahead and it will be waiting for you.

Fat City is an indoor amusement park. They have bowling, laser tag, roller skating, bumper cards, a foam factory and a large arcade. They also have two fast food type restaurants and a bar. It has something for every age. The bowling alley becomes 18 and up on Friday and Saturday nights. There are all day passes available and on Wednesdays, its dollar days.

I've really enjoyed the Botanic Gardens, as a visitor and as an educator. -They have a variety of specialty gardens, like the Japanese Garden and Monet Garden. Kids can enjoy their own Secret Path, and they can check out interactive backpack kits that teach them about bugs and plants. A tropical conservatory offers visitors the opportunity to walk through what feels like a rainforest here in arid Colorado! The DBC hosts annual events like cactus and orchid shows. It's a fun place to visit.

I totally recommend this to anyone. They have a great selections of books, from the classics to new series, for you to choose from for your youth. The store's toys and activities section also has educational toys that actually look fun. Don't be put off by their location in a tacky strip mall! They have very easy access to their building.
