“good food bad service. aspen bread and bagels now Granters and grinders”

I usually do not write reviews at all but the experience ive had multiple times at this place has forced me to create an account for urban spoon just so i could write this review! I gave this place the benefit of the doubt the first couple times but i do not think these are accidents. The service is bad here on a daily basis, and a few of the employees are VERY rude. They take forever just to take your order at the drivethru and dont even aknowlege they know your there and ask you to wait a moment. When they finally take your order, you wait, and wait and wait. I would leave and take my lunch break somewhere else but when your already by the building waiting on the car ahead of you, theres no place to turn. by that point im already irritated and the employees can tell by the look on my face, only to be rude and not even apologize. Knowing how slow and bad the service is, i have even ordered over phone, online, everything in hopes that picking up a sandwhich wont take up my entire lunch break. Go to pick it up and STILL waiting for 20 min and on a couple occasions i have gotten the wrong order. Now im a regular customer because the food is very very good but i have almost convinced myself that the delicious food is not even worth the bad experience i have every single time i go there. Something needs to change immediatly!!!!
