The Food is Outstanding!

Ama Lur at the Gaylord Texan is a great restaurant. Make your reservations early because most of the time they are booked. The live band was good. We sat up near the band so it was a little loud but they were enjoyable. The service here was really good. They were not intrusive or overly non-nonchalant.
The food here was amazing. I had the Sea Bass with Purple Peruvian Potatoes with a butter sauce; simply Outstanding! The presentation was beautiful also.
For a nice date or romantic evening this is a restaurant everyone should visit. It is pricey but well worth it.
