The Parish Cafe has been around for a long time. It's not easy to keep delivering good food and good service year after year, but they've done it. The food is interesting, satisfying and reasonably priced. The environment is fun. The staff cares about whether their customers are satisfied.
As noted, the menu is primarily interesting sandwiches, though most diners should be able to find something that appeals.

I've been to this restaurant several times. It's a fun place to stop for a drink, but the food quality and service is wildly inconsistent. If you have an hour or two, you might actually get the food you ordered ... once, after an hour and a half the waitress had no clue about what was going on - so we just gave up and went somewhere else. During another stop, we actually got more or less what we ordered, and most of what we got was edible! So order an extra dish, see which ones are worth eating, and leave the others. The prices are reasonable enough, I guess that's why.

As long as things go as planned, maybe you'll be OK with Yale. But if there's a problem with what you ordered ... it's YOUR problem.
They offer installation for a fee, but it's really just delivery men with pliers, not professionals. They don't really have much experience with what they're doing, so it's no surprise that they didn't bring what they needed to get it actually installed, and didn't remove some of the parts that were supposed to be removed after it's in place. I don't know what "installation" means on the planet Yale lives on, but on Earth it means the thing is set up and is ready to use - just push the button.
And if it doesn't work right, even if it was new - guess what, you have a new hobby to keep you busy! Because it's your problem, not theirs, to try to follow every step of trying to get the thing fixed. And it's like trying to get an answer from City Hall - you'll talk to dozens of people, and nobody knows what anyone else is doing. And they'll get to it when they get to it, unless you call them at least once a day to find out whose desk it landed on today, and call them to keep things moving.
