“I HATE HOME DEPOT”

This review is for: Home Depot

We ordered a bathroom sink on 7/24. We were told to expect it 8/5. I called 8/4 to see if it might have come in early as we were tearing our one and only bathroom apart that weekend. The Custormer Service person said, "No, and we don't accept shipments on the weekend so it will be the 7th before it is here." WHY tell us a date to expect it when the KNOW it won't be there that day. I go in on the 7th and am told that it was shipped on 7/28 and shoould be here on the 11th. I lost it and yelled at people, yelled at the manager who was VERY condescending and not helpful. Fine. We waited until 8/14 to call the store. Were told that it would be delivered on the 15th at 11:00 pm. I called today (the 16th) and was told that United Freight was a no show and that they now said it would be delivered tomorrow night at 11:00 pm. This is so ridiculous! It is just a plain white double sink. We can't do the wiring or the plumbing until we get the sink. We can't get the drywall until we do the wiring and plumbing. We have now gone 11 days with NO BATHROOM and Home Depot just does not care.
