We walked in to order a large pizza with 2 toppings and a caesar salad to go. We were told it would take about 20-30 minutes. We waited a little over an hour. At the 45 min mark, we walked up to the counter to check on the order. They said, the cooks hadn't even started on it. They got on it at that point. There was no apology, just indifference. They were not friendly and had no customer service skills. When we got the pizza home, the crust was doughy. The salad was ok, at least. The dressing was given in a separate container, so the lettuce wouldn't get soggy. Of course, a salad is not hard to put together. I would not go back to Romio's on Greenwood. I might try a different Romio's location.
