Herb Mart is a good place to go to find groceries if you are on a wheat free diet. They have a good variety. They also sell vitamins and other health foods that you might find in a chain store. I discovered the store when I was looking for a local retailer of Penta Water. The store is small and the people that work there are really friendly.
