Winco is the place to go for the bulk of your shopping, if you do, it will cut your grocery bill in half. As a large family of 6, I've got to be frugal with our grocery budget, and Winco is the place to go. Their prices are significantly cheaper then Safeway, Albertsons, and Fred Meyers. I shop the newer East Vancouver store, and I prefer it compared to the other stores in the Vancouver area. It's usually less crowded, and stock is neater, shelves are full. To keep the prices lower, you have to bag the groceries yourself. And they don't accept Credit Cards. They do now accept debit cards, which is a nice change from before. It used to be cash, check only. So bring your helpers to help you bag! :)
