We were offered a great rate on our Van loan through Portland Teachers Credit Union so we decided to go with them. But the service is not that great at the Lloyd center bank. I've seen cashiers being snotty to other customers, the parking is rough sometimes if it's busy, and the wait is pretty long too. There will be 15 customers, and only 2 cashiers. I'm out of state so I used to make the drive there to put in the money for our loan payment, but finally was able to get an address out of them so I can just mail the money. Our own cu still can't beat the rate on our loan though.
