I appreciated Bakker's service. I had a beaded dress I wanted to have cleaned and another chain wanted me to sign a blanket release. Bakker's release only released responsibility for the beading, which I thought was reasonable. The dress came back clean, in good shape, with all of its beads as far as I can tell. Your first order is discounted 40%, and now (about two months later) they've sent me a 40% discount card too.
