crappy service

When we first moved into our home, we contracted with waste management for trash service. For awhile they were really good about pick up. By the time that we finally got fed up with them, they would only pick up every other week (if that). They would throw our trash cans out in the road (busy highway) or in the ditch for us to dig out. Tried to call to get answers, never got a satifactory answer. Had to pay for service that was not given.
