Expensive and poor service

My grandmother insists on taking her car here because it is in her neighborhood. Unfortunately, they are constantly charging her for "fixing" problems that don't end up fixed. I once took my Grandmother's car in for a brake issue and they insisted that the plastic hubcaps were making the noise, and replaced them for about $100. Guess what? Wasn't the hubcabs, but the brakes like I mentioned when I brought the car in. Still she was charged, and they told me that they would no longer talk to me about the car when I questioned them charging her for something that was complelely useless, their mistake and didn't solve the problem. Also, I think their prices are high in general, I was quoted a price on CV joints that was double what my mechanic would have charged.
