Homemade noodles AND dumplings

Once upon a time I lived within walking distance of Snappy Dragon. Oh, how I miss those days of homemade pan fried vegetaable dumplings! And when you eat there - you can see the dumplings and noodles being made.
The food is wonderful - never too greasy or salty.
