very very lousy service!!

i called this travel just now to pay my air ticket and she keep sayin "you can come and pay" "you can come and pay" over and over again!! man!! she even not bother to check my ticket whether the date is correct or not!!
i called again to ask what is her business hour and what time the agent is close. she just said "six!" that's it!!
eventually i went there after work and find out that they don't have my ticket there. i realize i book my ticket using asia travel and went to asia travel to pay the ticket. very different service there!! she even know some of my friend from seattle u
i rate this agent 1/10 for their shitty service!!
