I have nothing but good things to say about the doctors and staff at SRM. They treated my husband and I as if we were the most important people they had seen that day. I have friends that went there too and felt the same way.

OK...I'm ashamed I can't remember her name because I've been to her so many times...but she's the russian woman who does waxing and mani/pedi's at Salon Rebecca. I started going there when i lived...
OK...I'm ashamed I can't remember her name because I've been to her so many times...but she's the russian woman who does waxing and mani/pedi's at Salon Rebecca. I started going there when i lived in Sammamish and now that I move I still go back. The pedicure isn't cheap, but she is incredible (even waxes your toes if they need it...I've never had that done in a pedicure). It lasted for weeks and I had people comment! As for waxing, she does a great job with everything. She's a little nutty in an VERY cool way. And she has great attention to details.

OK...so their work may be good, but I have been nothing but irritated by their service manager. You can tell he's worked in the business for ever and is completely non-committal about...
OK...so their work may be good, but I have been nothing but irritated by their service manager. You can tell he's worked in the business for ever and is completely non-committal about anything...ie. trying to get some idea as when your car will be done. I spent a huge amount of money there on my transmission but had to have a rental car for two weeks. Then in follow up its been just as bad. There are lots of places that do transmissions, I'd shop around.

Ah...a real bakery! I remember Nielsen's when it was on third avenue and I have incredibly fond memories of the place. Beautiful pasteries and lots to choose from. I am SO happy to have Nielsen's...

I took my car here for a simple cv joint job. Picked it up- it made a bad noise afterwards. Took it back, they did something, noise came back. At this point they wanted me to bring it back so...
I took my car here for a simple cv joint job. Picked it up- it made a bad noise afterwards. Took it back, they did something, noise came back. At this point they wanted me to bring it back so they could look more closely at it (something I think they could have done the first time I had to "take it back".) I found myself wondering if I could trust them if they did indeed find something else or if I should cut my losses and go somewhere I trusted. I went somewhere I trusted. They redid the work- no problems since. I'm just out my first $300. The second mechanic thought the part they put in was wrong.
