Was not thrilled with the service here. I took my timid pup to be groomed and they did not take any time to make him feel at ease when I was dropping him off. When I went back to pick him up at specified time, he had not even been touched as by that point, he wouldn't let them get near him. I ended up having to muzzle him so he could be groomed. Had they taken 2 minutes initially, this would have all been avoided. Not impressed.
