The room I stayed in was a little dirty or so I thought. The staff were pretty pleasant. This hotel though seems old and in dire need of renovation.

For the money, this hotel is a very good value. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The lobby is nothing special (in terms of luxury), but it is still nice. The hotel is located in a great place, close to some great tourist attractions. The hotel seems pretty old, but I don't think the age really shows that much. Service here was great as well.

The location can't be beat--this hotel is right in the middle of the theater district! The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was suprisingly delicious. The high speed Internet service was great. The hotel is kind of worn though. There is no elevator, which is inconvenient.

Our room was clean and it was about what we expected it would be. The room was actually pretty large compared to some of the other hotels in NYC. I definitely recommend this place.
