They diagnosed the problem of my automobile at a timely manner. Their staff was very courteous and patient with me. I'm the type of person who ask alot of questions and don't know anything about a car. Sometimes it drives other service advisors crazy at other locations (Car Dealers, Firestone, Goodyear), but this facility was very patient and nice.
