Don't Bother 8/9/2006

I judge a company on its follow-through and interest in its customers. Kitchen Plus in Bellevue seemed to be interested in neither. They did not call back to schedule an appt after our call and when we visited the showroom, they seemed disinterested in our business and their price was SO much higher than other companies and they did not sell us on why that was. Maybe they do a good job, but if they can't treat their prospective clients right from the start, I would not even bother to give them my business or money. Their loss... more
