Dr. Phoebe Rich is an excellent dermatologist with friendly staff. I have seen her for several years for psoriasis and she is very knowledgeable about the latest treatments and therapies. She does research and is known world wide for her expertise. She diagnosed my skin cancer. I am lucky to have a Dr. Phoebe Rich MD as my dermatologist.
