We got Igor, our Pet Tortoise here, and the staff was extremely helpful. This was an xmas present for our four children, and they let Igor stay until xmas eve when we picked him up so we could suprise the kids.
When we had some questions a few days later about food/feeding, they had the answers, and were more than happy to take the time to answer them!
The prices are great and I highly recommend them!
