We called them late sunday afternoon for a rush home inspection for first thing, the next morning.
David McPhee arrived and inspected all aspects of the home we were bidding on. He explained everything he checked for in great detail and provided lots of useful take home info (important stuff for first time buyers like an explanation of reverse polarity or electrolysis in plumbing).
When the inspection was complete he whipped out a laptop and portable printer and prepared a thorough report detailing what was checked and the overall condition of each item. He took additional time to review the report with me, answering all my ridiculous questions with great patience :-)
I highly recommend this company for home inspection services.

I went to Kuhlman based on reviews from this site. We needed someone to do some alterations on the very expensive suit that we bought for my fiancee to wear in our wedding.
I agree with other reviewer's who say that clothes sold here are pretty awesome. While my future husband was off getting measured I was kept entertained with the small but cute selection of women's clothing that they carry there.
My big complaint though is that I was completely ignored by the sales people working there. And I should point out that this is a *tiny* store so it takes significant effort to ignore a customer in this space. They were too busy browsing web sites on the computer/cash register and talking about what new songs they liked to be bothered with even acknowledging my existence. I was completely turned off and certainly wouldn't buy any merchandise from here. On the other hand, the tailor was uber professional and we would certainly return for his services. They just need to hire new sales staff :-)

Alexandria Slider at Studio 2602 is a great stylist that really knows how to work with African American hair. If you are an African American woman in North Seattle you already know how hard it is to find someone who knows what to do when we sit down in the salon chair.
You can take the long haul to Rainier where there are tons of black salons but that is a serious hike from my house.
The salon setting is small but very cute and cozy and they seem focused on giving you a calm, pleasant experience.
At Studio 2602 I have not had services from any of the other stylists but another good friend of mine has and her hair is always fabulous.

Had my 4th tattoo done here by Erika Jones. Her work is stellar. She accomplished exactly what I had envisioned (large upper arm piece - drawing of Ganesha) with only high level direction from me....

I have recommended this tattoo parlor to several of my friends - one went with Erika and others went with some of the other artists. All were 100% satisfied with the work and the overall experience.

If you like trendy and not terribly expensive women's clothing, bags, shoes and funky jewelry; you will love this store.
They are always well stocked with the newest items from brands like Drifter, Free People, Classic Hardware and Kenzie.
So if you want to be officially known as 'The girl who wears the cutest outfits' in your office, then you WILL shop here.

i love this place for seeing live music. the food is delish grub from wild ginger and every seat is a good seat for watching the show.
