Friendly's Restaurants used to be a really good place to eat. More recently, however, I have been avoiding the place since the service has gone downhill and the food is just average. The last 3 times that I have gone there, they have forgotten some part of my meal, usually the salad that I have ordered. This is really disappointing. The last time, my husband had to send back his ice cream 3 times because they kept geting it all wrong. How can an ice cream place mess up on ice cream so badly? I don't know but I haven't been back since!
